BERBERYS GUEST HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

Welcome to the Berberys Guest House. The Management will appreciate your compliance with the following regulations to ensure an enjoyable stay of all our guests.

1. Rooms are rented on a daily basis.

2. An advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of your stay is required within 3 days from your reservation.

3. The advance payment is not refundable in the case of reservation cancellation.

4. The check-in time is from 2 PM and the check-out time is by 11 AP.

5. If the duration of the stay is not specified upon taking the room, we assume that it is taken for a day.

6. If you wish to extend your stay, you are requested to do so at the Reception by 10 AM of the original check-out day.

7. We shall extend your stay subject to availability of rooms.

8. Should you have any comments concerning the quality of our services, you are kindly requested to express them at the Reception without delay so as to ensure our prompt response.

9. We undertake to provide

• an enjoyable and unhampered stay;

• safety and confidentiality of your stay;

• professional service;

• cleaning and maintenance service while you are absent or during your presence provided that a relevant consent is granted.

10. At your request, we offer the following free of charge services:

• provision of comprehensive information concerning your stay and travel arrangements;

• wake-up calls;

• safe keeping of cash and valuables during your stay.

11. Unless otherwise agreed on, we are held liable for a loss or damage of your property to the extent specified in Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.

12. You should notify the Reception about any damage done immediately upon confirming the same.

13. Our liability for the loss or damage of cash, securities, object of scientific or artistic value is limited if such personal belongings have not been left for safe-keeping at the Reception.

14. We shall not be held liable for any damage or loss of a car or any other vehicle belonging to our guests.

15. You shall be held materially liable for any damage to the property and/or technical equipment of the Guest House due to your and/or your visitors’ fault.

16. Each time you leave the room, you should lock the door and leave the key at the Reception.

17. You may not hand over the key to your room even if the time for which you have reserved the room has not elapsed.

18. Outside guests may remain in the room from 7 AM to 10 PM.

19. The curfew lasts from 10 PM to 7 AM.

20. To ensure fire safety, heating elements, electric irons and similar equipment is strictly prohibited.

21. Smoking on the premises is prohibited.

22. We may refuse to accommodate guests who during their previous stay was responsible for a gross infringement of the regulations causing damage to our and/or our guests’ property or injury to our guests and/or our staff or who infringed on the quiet enjoyment of our gusts in any other way.

23. Personal belongings left in the room shall be sent to the address indicated by you. Where no such instructions are provided, we shall keep such personal belongings for a period of 6 months.
